StudioArtPrint is a small company and our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Depending on where you are located, usually between 5-13 days. We ship within the EU at low shipping costs. Free shipping with orders over 62€.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You pay for the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

StudioArtPrint believes that unique wall art in high quality should be affordable for everyone and still be mindful of the environment. This is where our unique business model comes in handy, we create products especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and results in almost zero material waste. Simple, we don't produce more than what people buy. And since we don't need a warehouse to store our products, your order is packed and shipped directly from our nearest production partner depending on your location. In this way, we can reduce CO₂ emissions while shipping your order, and keep a fast and low shipping cost at the same time.

We work with high standard factories based in Latvia and Spain that follow the EU standards and all our paper is responsibly sourced from Japan. The ink we use is GREENGUARD Gold certified.
